B1 residence

The Barangaroo residence – perched high above Sydney Harbour – has been transformed into a sophisticated modern retreat. With sweeping views that stretch from the Opera House to the Harbour Bridge, the design maximises its iconic location while creating a private sanctuary. In a collaboration with CB Interiors, the insides of the apartment have been reimagined with a minimalist aesthetic, emphasising clean lines and understated luxury. Soft neutral tones and textures are paired with sculptural elements, enhancing the natural light that floods through the expansive windows. In each space, the careful selection of materials balances contemporary style with timeless refinement. This project is a testament to both modern living and the enduring appeal of the emerging Barangaroo skyline.
