Set within the Observatory Tower, JD Apartment has undergone a carefully executed transformation, redefining its previous use into an elegant pied-à-terre in the heart of Sydney. In collaboration with CB Interiors, Paredes Design Studio reimagined the 1990s atrium and interior spaces, blending natural materials such as American oak and travertine to create a warm, inviting internal experience. The renovation strategically opens the home to capture enviable views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, while also maintaining a refined balance of contemporary elegance and an enduring approach to craftsmanship. The result combines an imbedded timelessness amongst a refreshing urban luxury.
